Well, we made it through the first 50 shows and the first year of
podcasting. It doesn't feel like "made it through" at all. The
journey so far has been a blast and there are so many exciting
things happening in the worlds of podcasting, independent music and
Suffolk 'n' Cool.

It's rapidly approaching Suffolk 'n' Cool's first anniversary of
podcasting (on Feb 1st). By a quirk of fate and problems with
broadband it is also show number 50 on 31 Jan.
These seem to be times great shifts in the way music is created and
distributed. Stories seem to be emerging almost daily of big labels

Went on a day out (the only way of really getting away from the
studio) to Southwold on Saturday in the pouring rain. The perfect
weather for a day in the home-town of Adnams
